What balloons do you use?
At LuxSphere, we use Bobo balloons, which offer a premium option compared to traditional latex balloons. These balloons stand out for their durability, flexibility, and exceptional clarity. Made from a specialized plastic material known as TPU, Bobo balloons are non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and boast a smooth yet robust surface. Thanks to their elasticity and resilience, they are less likely to tear, rip, or burst, making them a superior choice for long-lasting decorations
Can I add a personal message or card to my balloon?
Absolutely! You can add a personalised message on your card, and we will carefully include it in the arrangement. Just provide the details when placing your order.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
While we strive to accommodate your preferences, we offer AM or PM delivery windows rather than specific times. This allows us to manage our deliveries efficiently. If you have a special request, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to work within your preferred window
Do you offer bulk orders for events or corporate gifts?
Yes, we do! Whether it’s for weddings, corporate events, or special celebrations, we can accommodate bulk orders. Please contact us directly for a consultation, so we can work out the details based on your event requirements
How long will the stuffed balloon last?
LuxSphere balloons can typically stay inflated for about 5 to 7 days or even longer, depending on the conditions. Factors like temperature, humidity, and exposure to direct sunlight can affect their longevity. To keep your balloon looking its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, or cold. Avoid placing the balloon near sharp objects or surfaces that could damage it.
Can I customise my stuffed balloon?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of customisation options, from personalised gifts, keepsakes, and treats to colors and themes. You can share your preferences, and we will work with you to create a balloon that matches your vision. Please note, customisation options also might depend on the availability of certain items
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2-4 days in advance to ensure we have ample time to prepare and customise your balloon. For larger or more complex orders, a 1-2 week notice is ideal. If you need a rush order, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate you
Can I include flowers or fragile items inside the balloon?
Yes, but we recommend including only durable items inside the balloon. While fresh flowers or fragile items may look beautiful, they are more prone to damage. We do offer delux silk flowers as an alternative, which last much longer and remain just as stunning
Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes, we offer delivery within Canberra and Queanbeyan for an additional fee, starting at $20 for inner noth and inner south Canberra. We take great care in delivering your balloons, but please note that weather and road conditions can sometimes affect delivery times. Alternatively, you are welcome to pick up your order from our location in Queanbeyan or Kingston
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before the delivery or pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee due to the custom nature of our LuxSphere stuffed balloons. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes
What happens if my balloon pops or deflates after delivery?
While we use the best quality materials and take every precaution to ensure your balloon stays intact, we cannot control environmental factors after the balloon has left our care. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for popped or deflated balloons once they have been picked up or delivered. However, we can provide tips to prolong the life of your balloons
